    Dominion Care Home is a person-centred care home with private en-suite bathrooms, care within dedicated groups, dementia-friendly spaces and respite and palliative care. Residents needs are meet as they change, through ongoing care and the homes ageing in place design. Dominion Care Home has a dedicated lifestyle team to provide regular activities for residents. This team also facilitates our Life Choice programs, giving residents a choice in how they spend their day from meals to activities, outings and more. Our rooms are equipped with electric beds, built-in wardrobes, cupboards and a 42” plasma TV. Each room is individually controlled with air conditioning and emergency call buttons. TV, phone and computer connections are also available. Most rooms have direct access to outside gardens. The rooms are designed to cater for ageing in place so that ongoing care can be provided as residents' needs change.
