We assist clients in HSE-MS manual preparation and implementation of their Environmental Management System (EMS) or HSE-MS and developing Improvement Plan for client’s business, based on an EMS Performance review.

Eusotech also Train client’s Staff on Environmental Management System elements and carry out Environmental Awareness Workshops during the Training sessions. We therefore assist clients’ to:

1. Integrate all their existing management systems to ensure consistency and avoidance of conflict with attendant waste (materials, documentation, energy, personnel skills, space, etc):
2. Carry out EMS Audits of their systems to ensure compliance and close-out non-conformances.
3. Conduct risk assessment of facilities and proffer necessary control measures.
4. To meet statutory requirements and thus have better relationship with Environmental Regulators.
5. Prepare their HSE Manuals.
